Ideal Candidate Profile ? 24+ years of progressive leadership experience in the Automotive Tier 1 Manufacturing Industry ? Strong career stability with reputed Tier 1 automotive organizations ? Proven experience in leading large, complex manufacturing businesses ? Must have independently managed P&L responsibility of at least ?2,000 Crores ? Demonstrated success in leading business growth, profitability, customer relationships, and operational excellence ? Strong people leadership experience, managing large cross-functional teams across manufacturing, operations, sales, engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, and support functions ???? Key Responsibilities Lead the overall business with complete P&L accountability. Develop and execute long-term business strategy aligned with organizational goals. Drive revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable business expansion. Lead manufacturing operations, customer relationships, business development, and strategic initiatives. Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Strengthen relationships with OEM customers and key stakeholders.
