Finance Director

Job Description : Finance Director – UAE Healthcare Experience is Mandatory | Abu Dhabi We are looking for an experienced Finance Director; Candidates must have proven Finance Director / Head of Finance experience within the UAE healthcare sector. Applications without relevant UAE healthcare experience will not be considered. Key Requirements: • Proven Finance Director / Head of Finance experience within UAE healthcare • Strong leadership of management reporting, financial analysis, and KPI reporting • Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance teams • Extensive experience in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long range financial planning • Advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, business cases, and strategic planning • Experience developing financial models for new facilities, expansion projects, service lines, and capital investments • Strong expertise in costing, profitability analysis, and cost optimization • Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, external audits, and internal controls • Effective management of cash flow, treasury, and working capital • Strong understanding of UAE healthcare revenue cycles, regulatory requirements, and compliance • Proven strategic business partnering with operational, clinical, and executive leadership • Experience supporting expansion, M&A, feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and investment appraisals • Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent If you are a senior finance leader with a strong track record in the UAE healthcare sector, we would be interested in hearing from you.
