Job Description : Regional Vice President of Operations Location: Cabo San Lucas, Mexico (Spanish Required) Salary: $225,000–$250,000 + Bonus + PTO + 401(k) + Signing Bonus + Benefits + Relocation I am hiring on behalf of a leading hospitality management company for an exceptional executive leadership opportunity based in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This senior role will oversee a growing portfolio of luxury hospitality assets, providing strategic leadership across hotel operations, food & beverage, guest experience, and business performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting existing properties while driving future growth, acquisitions, and new development initiatives across the region. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic operational leadership across multiple luxury hotels and resorts. Drive financial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences. Partner with ownership and executive teams on growth strategies, acquisitions, and new developments. Lead, mentor, and develop regional leadership teams. Maintain world-class service standards while supporting continued portfolio expansion throughout Mexico.
