Job Description : GM – TECHNICAL ???? Location : East Africa ???? Industry : Steel & Plastic Manufacturing Our client, a large and expanding manufacturing group, is seeking a proven technical leader to drive performance across multiple production plants covering TMT, roofing sheets, tubes & pipes, and plastic products. KEY MANDATE • Lead multi-plant production, engineering & maintenance • Improve capacity utilization, OEE, yield & cost/ton • Drive breakdown reduction & equipment reliability • Optimize energy, raw material & utility consumption • Establish plant-wide technical & operational KPIs • Lead continuous improvement, HSE & technical teams IDEAL PROFILE 15+ years of strong manufacturing experience, including significant leadership exposure in Steel / Metals / Plastic / Extrusion / Rolling Mill / Tubes & Pipes. Must have proven expertise in plant performance, maintenance, cost optimization and large technical-team leadership.
