Job Description : TRANSPORT MANAGER GHANA 12+ years experience To lead and manage the Transport Department, overseeing a fleet of 250+ vehicles across various brands, consisting of commercial passenger vehicles. Preferred candidate profile Maintenance of Light, Medium, and Heavy Commercial Vehicles Insurance claim processes for accident vehicles Transport cost-benefit analysis ERP systems and MS Office proficiency Fleet tracking systems and route optimization Lead and manage a large transport team, solve complex mechanical and logistical problems Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams Monitor departmental budgets and expenditures Maintain accurate vehicle and inventory records Hands-on technical expertise in engines, gearboxes, suspension, and electrical systems Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills Planning and coordination of preventive maintenance Procurement and stock management of spare parts Conducting technical and safety training sessions
