Job Description : at HMV MAINTENANCE LEAD – NIGERIA ONLY INDIAN CITIZENS | EXPAT ROLE | NIGERIA 20+ years experience A leading Oil & Gas company is seeking an experienced HMV Maintenance Manager / Lead to manage heavy vehicle fleet maintenance and workshop operations in Nigeria. ???? Key Responsibilities • Manage maintenance of Trucks, Tippers/Rear Dump Trucks, Prime Movers, Tankers, Trailers, Buses, Fire Tenders, Ambulances & Transit Mixers • Plan and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PMS), breakdowns & overhauls • Lead Engine, Transmission & Differential repair activities • Manage fleet maintenance across multiple sites • Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for repetitive & major failures • Supervise workshop teams and ensure quality & cost-effective repairs • Manage spares, tyres, lubricants, batteries & consumables • Lead vehicle rehabilitation, refurbishment & accident repairs • Prepare OPEX / CAPEX budgets, maintenance costs & MIS reports ???? Preferred Profile ? Strong experience in HMV / Commercial Vehicle Fleet Maintenance ? Experience with Diesel vehicles; CNG experience preferred ? Strong hands-on knowledge of Engine, Transmission, Differential & Electrical/Mechanical systems ? Experience managing large-scale fleet / multi-site workshops ? Strong expertise in maintenance planning, cost control & team leadership ? Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction, Logistics or Heavy Industrial experience preferred
