Job Description : GROUP CFO BAHAMAS Role Summary City Group is hiring a Group CFO to lead and oversee the entire financial ecosystem of the group, acting as the key financial advisor to the Board and senior management, driving financial strategy, governance, and performance across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide financial strategy, FP&A, and business planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation. Provide Board-level reporting, financial modeling, and data-driven insights. Manage financial operations, including treasury, cash flow forecasting, and foreign exchange risk management. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh regulatory frameworks (NBR, Banking Regulation Act, BBA, BEZA, BEPS, Companies Act). Lead corporate governance, internal audit, risk management (ERM), and IFRS-compliant reporting. Drive cost optimization, standard costing, inventory control, and supply chain finance. Build and lead high-performing finance teams. Requirements Education: MBA/Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Certification: Professional qualification (FCCA / FCA / CPA / FCMA) preferred Experience: Minimum 20+ years of progressive experience in a similar role Age: Below 50 years
