Job Description : GM SECURITY KENHA Ex Indian armed forces We are looking for an experienced AGM – Security professional with 12+ years of experience in security management, preferably within the Real Estate or Construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing security operations for large-scale real estate/construction sites and should be comfortable handling coordination and liaisoning with Police Authorities and Government Officials Key Requirements: 18+ years of experience in Security Management Experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry preferred Proven experience managing security operations for project/site locations Strong knowledge of site security, safety protocols and security administration Experience in liaisoning with Police and Government Authorities in Gurgaon Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage security teams and site-level security operations
