Job Description : HOD PLASTIC INJECTION LUSAKA ZAMBIA Plastic Manufacturing Key Responsibilities • Lead injection molding operations & achieve production targets • Optimize machines, molds, manpower & processes • Monitor OEE, quality, scrap & downtime • Troubleshoot molding defects & improve productivity • Manage production teams & coordinate with Maintenance/Quality • Ensure SOP, HSE & quality standards Requirements • Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Polymer, Industrial Engineering or related field • 18+ years of injection molding experience • Strong knowledge of machines, molds & process optimization • Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
