Project Director

Job Description : Project Director | Main Contracting Background | Up to AED 80,000 + Benefits - Please only apply if you have significant main contracting experience delivering major residential construction projects. - Unfortunately no Arab nationals due to my client trying to diversify their workforce! I am currently supporting the main contracting arm of a Tier 1 real estate development group with the appointment of a Project Director. This is a senior construction leadership position reporting directly to the General Manager, with responsibility for the successful delivery of major projects from a contractor perspective. The successful candidate must come from a strong main contracting background and have a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects through construction and handover. We are looking for someone with strong experience across: • Overall project delivery and construction leadership • Management of large site and project teams • Programme, commercial and contractual oversight • Client, consultant and subcontractor management • Quality, HSE and delivery performance • Senior stakeholder management and reporting This role requires an established Project Director who has already operated at this level within a leading main contractor. It is not a step-up opportunity for candidates without previous Project Director-level responsibility.
