Job Description : GM- Transformation Projects Location: Muscat, Oman Are you an accomplished Business Transformation Leader with a passion for driving enterprise-wide change? One of Oman's leading diversified business groups with over 22,000 employees, is looking for an experienced Head - Transformation Projects to lead strategic transformation initiatives across its Construction, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Mining businesses. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead enterprise-wide business transformation strategy aligned with the Group's vision. ? Drive operating model redesign, organisational effectiveness, and process improvement initiatives. ? Establish and lead the Transformation Office, governance frameworks, and change management practices. ? Partner with Business Unit CEOs and senior leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes. ? Own transformation programmes from strategy and business case through to execution and benefits realisation. We're Looking For: ? 20+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide business transformation programmes. ? Strong experience in operating model transformation, organisational redesign, business excellence, and performance improvement. ? Proven leadership within large, diversified organisations or conglomerates. ? Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an MBA/Master'spreferred. ? PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications are highly desirable, while CCMP certification is an added advantage.
