Job Description : Regional Head – Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution | APAC We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics leader to drive regional warehousing, distribution, inventory deployment, and 3PL operations across APAC for a leading Global Specialty Chemicals MNC. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone with strong multi-country experience and the ability to manage complex regional supply chain operations across diverse markets. ???? What you’ll do: • Lead regional logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations across APAC • Oversee inventory deployment, replenishment, and distribution governance • Manage 3PL partners, outsourced warehouses, and logistics service providers • Drive OTIF performance, service levels, operational efficiency, and cost optimization • Ensure compliance, traceability, audits, and regulatory requirements across regional operations • Partner with country teams and stakeholders to improve supply chain performance • Drive technology-enabled supply chain improvements across SAP, WMS/TMS, and analytics platforms ???? What we’re looking for: • 20+ years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution, or Supply Chain • Minimum 5 years of multi-country APAC operations experience across at least 5 countries • Strong hands-on experience managing 3PLs, outsourced warehouses, and logistics partners • Proven expertise in inventory deployment, replenishment, OTIF, and distribution governance • Exposure to regulated industries such as Pharma, Life Sciences, Personal Care, Ingredients, or Specialty Chemicals • Strong knowledge of GDP/GMP, compliance, audits, and traceability • Experience with SAP ECC, WMS/TMS, and analytics tools; SAP S/4HANA exposure preferred ????
