Job Description : Hiring!!! QATAR Business Heads for multiple Brands in Qatar ( Fashion retail ) Oversee multiple retail fashion and lifestyle brand stores. Manage regional sales targets, drive key performance indicators (KPIs), supervise store managers, and ensure operational, visual merchandising, and customer service standards are strictly met across all assigned locations. Role Overview Core Goal: Maximize profitability, sales volume, and brand consistency across a cluster of stores. Team Leadership: Coach and mentor Store Managers; review team performance, staffing rosters, and training needs. Operations & Audits: Oversee stock control, inventory levels, loss prevention, and weekly administrative audits. Reporting: Analyze sales reports and provide critical market, product, and staff feedback to upper operations management. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 15 plus years of multi-store retail management experience (typically within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail). Skills: Strong financial acumen (P&L understanding), inventory tracking, leadership, and visual merchandising standards alignment. Education: Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
