Location: Uvinza, Tanzania We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Operations to lead a large-scale industrial manufacturing business with complete P&L ownership. Key Requirements: ? 15+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, chemicals, minerals, salt, or process industries ? Proven leadership in asset-heavy operations with end-to-end P&L responsibility ? Experience as GM / Business Head / Operations Head / Plant Head ? Strong expertise in operations, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing excellence, and strategic leadership ? Africa experience (East Africa preferred)
