Job Description : PLANT HEAD NIGERIA D. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain Highest level of Safety Standards at GPP-1 Operations. 2. Maintain Focus on Process Safety. 3. Ensure Reliable Operation and Un interrupted Production. 4. Implement effective Plant Preventive Programs. 5. Provide oversight for day-to-day operation and maintenance which include receiving, storing and transportation of LPG. 6. Responsible to ensure the Operations and Maintenance teams maintain focus and achieve plant objectives. 7. Maintain facility to ensure it is clean and operating smoothly. 8. Works within budget and coordinate with office on all expenses. 9. Responsible to develop a standard operating procedures which assures Operation and maintenance and product loaded in safe, efficient manner in compliance with regulation and customer satisfaction. 10. Responsible for effective development and implementation of Operations and Maintenance Procedures. 11. Responsible to act as Emergency Command during any Emergency at Plant as compliance with all federal / state local regulations, industry standards and internal standards. 12. Responsible for lead / participate safety related program and meetings. 13. Ensure safe truck loading and unloading operation and maintenance in LPG loading gantry. 14. Available 24X7 per emergency response operation and maintenance. 15. Ensure that the Competency of Operations, Maintenance and Safety teams are maintained up to the require standards. 16. Responsible for planning / controlling/ organizing and directing operation and maintenance activities to ensure that product is handled in most efficient, safe and economical manner of product distribution consist with regulatory requirement, customer requirement, product quality and operating goals. **Having an experience in Ammonia, Hydrogen, Methanol or Gas processing plants will be Preferred. Other Expectations: a) Good Safety and Process knowledge. b) Excellent communication skills. c) User level expertise in MS Word, MS Excel, SAP, ERP, Out Loop etc. d) Ability to understand Operation and maintenance procedures and flaw less implementation. e) Proven ability to work well both independently and within a team environment. f) Demonstrated ability to handle Process and Safety Emergencies. g) Very good written and spoken English. F. Basic Qualification: Mechanical/Chemical Engineering Degree, OR Mechanical/Chemical Engineering Diploma with more than 20 Years of Operations Experience G.
