Production Manager

Job Description : Production Manager ???? Location: East Africa ???? Experience: 15+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry with hands-on experience managing a manufacturing plant independently. ???? Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical Engineering. MBA will be preferred. ?? Key Responsibilities: ?? Lead and manage overall plant operations for fruit & vegetable processing products such as tomato paste, ketchup, sauces, jams, and mayonnaise. ?? Drive production efficiency, productivity improvement, and optimal resource utilization. ?? Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. ?? Manage production planning, budgeting, cost control, and operational performance. ?? Lead and develop production teams through training and performance management. ?? Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and R&D teams to ensure smooth plant operations. ?? Monitor plant KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives ?? Oversee equipment maintenance and vendor management to ensure uninterrupted production.
