Job Description : FINANCIAL CONTROLLER – SIERRA LEONE ???????? Urgently looking to hire an experienced Financial Controller for one of our esteemed clients in Sierra Leone, Africa. ???? Purpose of the Role The Finance Controller will be responsible for managing the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. ???? Key Responsibilities • Manage overall Finance & Accounting operations • Prepare and review financial reports and statements • Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning • Monitor and strengthen internal financial controls • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation and regulatory requirements • Support management with financial analysis and business insights • Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of financial information ???? Candidate Requirements ? Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field ? ** CA / CMA – Compulsory** ? 10–15+ years of progressive Finance & Accounting experience ? Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Taxation & Internal Controls ? Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint ? Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills ? African working experience is mandatory ???? Location: Sierra Leone, Africa ???? Position: Financial Controller ????
