Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD SNACK FOODS WEST AFRICA We are seeking a seasoned FMCG leader to head our clients Snack Food Division. The role requires a proven track record in driving business growth, building brands, and expanding markets across diverse channels. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end business leadership, including P&L ownership, strategic planning, and people development. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Food Division with full P&L ownership and accountability. - Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion across India. - Spearhead brand building and consumer engagement strategies in Foods & Wellness. - Lead Sales & Marketing functions with strong execution across GT, MT, E-Commerce, and Q-Commerce. - Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals. - Scale operations and ensure commercial excellence across all channels. - Build and nurture high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. - Partner with leadership to identify new opportunities in Foods, Health & Wellness categories. - Ensure operational efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainable margin expansion. - Represent the division in board reviews, investor discussions, and strategic forums. Mandatory Experience: - Strong background in Sales & Marketing within FMCG Food. - Proven leadership across General Trade, Modern Trade, E-Commerce, and Quick Commerce. Key Requirements: - 15-25 years of FMCG leadership experience. - Demonstrated expertise in business scaling and P&L management. - Deep exposure to Foods, Health & Wellness categories. - Strong commercial acumen, brand leadership, and people management skills.
