Job Description : SECURITY HEAD PROJECTS PAN AFRICA ???? Preferred: Ex-Serviceman / Defence Background ???? Manpower: Approximately 300 Security Guards ???? Experience: 18+ Years ???? Key Responsibilities: • Lead security operations across all projects • Manage and supervise ~300 security guards • Ensure 24x7 security coverage, deployment and duty rosters • Manage attendance, absenteeism, replacements and manpower deployment • Coordinate recruitment, verification and deployment of security personnel with HR • Prepare monthly attendance, salary statements and security MIS • Protect plant assets, modules, cables, transformers, inverters, stores and other materials • Handle theft, trespassing, damage and other security incidents • Coordinate with local police and authorities for FIR/FR, theft cases and investigations • Conduct regular and surprise security inspections • Identify security risks and implement corrective measures including patrolling, CCTV, lighting, fencing and access control • Ensure discipline, alertness and performance of all security personnel • Travel across Maharashtra project locations as required ? Preferred Profile: ???? Ex-Serviceman / Defence background preferred ????18+ years of security/industrial security management experience ???? Strong experience managing large security manpower ???? Solar, power or industrial project experience will be an advantage ???? Strong knowledge of security procedures and incident handling ???? Excellent police/local authority coordination skills ???? Local Maharashtra candidate with strong territorial knowledge and network preferred ???? Strong leadership, communication and manpower-management skills ???? Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and reporting ???? Overall Accountability: The Security Head will be the single point of responsibility for security operations, manpower management, theft prevention, incident handling, FIR/FR coordination and overall security performance
