HR MANAGER

Job Description : HR MANAGER DRC Looking for Candidates with 10 plus years of experience in Retail / Wholesale / FMCG Industries as HR Generalist with expertise in PMS, Talent Engagement, HR SOP, Talent Acquisition etc., Africa Experience will be an added advantage. Candidates from Manufacturing / IT / Hospitality industries - please excuse. Manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle. Drive PMS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Employee Engagement. Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes. Handle employee relations, grievances, counselling and disciplinary matters. Conduct attrition analysis and implement employee retention initiatives. Manage payroll, attendance, leave and statutory compliance. Support workforce planning, succession planning, reskilling/upskilling and L&D. Partner with senior management and managers on HR strategy and people-related matters.
