Job Description : Chief Technical Officer ( FMCG/ Beverages) 18 - 25 years Hyderabad, Bengaluru. Role & responsibilities: --- Looking after conceptualizing, developing and implementing world class Technology, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Projects, CAPEX, OPEX, Procurement, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management, EHS, Sustainability, Process Improvement, Manufacturing Facilities, Market trends and Process and Operational Improvements. Responsible for the smooth operations of all the plants in the South Region. Heading Execution and implementation of Greenfield and Brownfield Project management activities. Heading procurement of new Technology, Equipment and Technological innovations to reduce product cost. Heading Continuous improvement along with Process, Business and Operational excellence. Looking after procurement, Supply chain and warehousing activities. Heading all the all KPIs for Line efficiency, RM yield, energy consumption, RNM, manpower, environmental, legal compliance etc. Understanding and anticipating changes in external environment, taking proactive measures and maintaining good relations, along with Compliance to statutory requirements and liaison with authorities. Preparing AOPs that are aligned to business needs delivering them constantly and monitoring and reviewing performance. PET/ Resin procurement and processing & Supply Chain. Leading all the activities related to System Implementation such as- EHS, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Sustainability, ISO 14001, Vendor Development, Product Development, Third Party Development, Operation Excellence.
