Job Description : Vice President/Head – Regulatory Affairs – Agrochemicals Mumbai Role Lead the Agrochemical Regulatory Affairs function, Driving Regulatory Strategy, Product Registrations, Dossier Development & Approvals Across India & international Markets. The Role Would Support New Product Development, Portfolio Expansion & Global Market Growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Regulatory lifecycle for Agrochemical Active ingredients, Technicals & Formulations. Develop Regulatory Strategies for New Molecules, Products & international Markets. Drive Preparation, Review & Submission of Regulatory Dossiers. Manage Product Registrations, Renewals, Amendments & label extensions. Lead interactions with Regulatory Authorities in India & international Markets. Ensure Regulatory Compliance Throughout the Product lifecycle. Monitor Global Regulatory Developments & Assess their Business impact. Partner with R&D, Toxicology, Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, International Business & Legal. Support Regulatory Strategy for New Product Development & Commercialization. Manage Regulatory Consultants, CROs & External Technical Agencies. Lead Responses to Regulatory Queries & Authority Observations. Build Strong Regulatory intelligence Across Global Crop-Protection Markets. Lead, Mentor & Develop a high-Performing Regulatory Affairs Team. Candidate Profile Postgraduate Qualification in Agriculture, Agrochemistry, Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Sciences or related discipline. 20–25+ years of Relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs within the Agrochemical / Crop Protection industry. Strong Experience in Agrochemical registrations, Dossier preparation & Regulatory Submissions. Significant exposure to international Regulatory Markets. Strong Understanding of active ingredients, Formulations, Toxicology, Environmental fate, Efficacy & Chemistry Data Requirements. Proven Experience Managing Regulatory Authorities & Complex Registration Programs. Ideal Candidate A Seasoned Agrochemical Regulatory Affairs leader with Strong India & international Regulatory Experience, Capable of Combining Deep Technical Expertise with Commercial understanding & leading Regulatory Affairs as a Strategic Business function.
