Job Description : Head – R&D (API) SWEDEN Open to International candidates with 20-25 years experience ???? Industry: Pharmaceutical – Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) Key Responsibilities ? Lead API research & development strategy and execution ? Drive process development, optimization, and technology transfer ? Ensure regulatory compliance and support global filings ? Lead cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, QA, QC, and Regulatory Affairs ? Mentor and develop high-performing R&D teams ? Drive innovation, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives Ideal Candidate ? Extensive experience in API Research & Development ? Strong understanding of process chemistry, scale-up, and technology transfer ? Exposure to regulated markets and global regulatory requirements ?
