Job Description : Chief Financial Officer | Dubai, United Arab Emirates We’re currently partnering with a leading investment and diversified business group looking to hire an experienced Chief Financial Officer to strengthen financial governance, capital strategy, profitability and enterprise-wide performance. Strategic Importance The CFO will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board, supporting investment decisions, capital allocation, financial transformation and sustainable growth. What You’ll Be Doing: • Lead group finance, treasury, FP&A, financial control and performance management • Drive profitability, cash-flow optimization, capital efficiency and financial discipline • Collaborate with the CEO, Board, investors, auditors, banks and business-unit leadership • Deliver improved forecasting, reporting, governance and capital-allocation decisions What We’re Looking For: • 15+ years of senior finance experience, including significant CFO or Deputy CFO exposure • Strong expertise in corporate finance, treasury, FP&A, M&A and financial governance • Proven track record managing complex multi-entity or regional businesses • Excellent commercial, analytical and stakeholder-management skills • GCC experience strongly preferred Key Success Measures: • Improved EBITDA and cash-flow performance • Stronger financial controls and forecasting accuracy • Effective capital allocation • Successful execution of strategic investments and transactions Compensation: • AED 110,000–145,000 per month, plus annual performance incentive and executive benefits What’s on Offer: • Competitive executive compensation • Board-level strategic exposure • Career growth within a diversified regional organization • Opportunity to influence major investment and growth decisions • Executive benefits package
