Chief Procurement Officer

Job Description : Chief Procurement Officer | Dubai, United Arab Emirates This role will NOT stay open for long. We’re currently partnering with a leading infrastructure, construction and development organization looking to hire an experienced Chief Procurement Officer to transform procurement strategy, supplier performance, cost optimization and strategic sourcing across a major regional portfolio. Strategic Importance The CPO will play a critical role in improving supply-chain resilience, controlling project costs and creating greater commercial value from the organization’s procurement spend. What You’ll Be Doing: • Lead group-wide procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management and category management • Drive cost optimization, procurement efficiency, supplier performance and commercial value creation • Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, COO, project directors, contracts teams and strategic suppliers • Deliver stronger procurement governance, savings and supply-chain resilience What We’re Looking For: • 15+ years of procurement and supply-chain leadership experience • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, contracts and supplier negotiations • Proven track record managing large procurement portfolios and delivering measurable savings • Excellent negotiation, leadership and stakeholder-management skills • Experience across major construction, infrastructure, EPC or development organizations preferred Key Success Measures: • Procurement savings • Supplier performance • Category optimization • Supply-chain resilience • Procurement governance Compensation: • AED 105,000–150,000 per month, plus performance incentive and executive benefits What’s on Offer: • Enterprise-wide procurement leadership mandate • Direct CEO and executive committee exposure • Opportunity to influence major infrastructure programmes • Competitive executive package • Career growth within a leading regional organization Location & Working Model: Dubai, UAE | Hybrid/Executive office-based
