Global Talent Acquisition Strategy Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with org growth plans. Build talent pipelines across geographies and future talent requirements, by partnering business leaders. Develop employer branding initiatives. Recruitment Operations Build recruitment governance and hiring processes. Implement recruitment dashboards and analytics.
