Job Description : Head of Procurement Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Department: Procurement & Supply Chain We are partnering with a leading organization to recruit an experienced Head of Procurement to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement transformation, and cost optimization. Indicative Salary Range: SAR 40,000–70,000 per month + benefits Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute procurement strategy. • Lead strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations. • Drive cost optimization and procurement efficiency. • Establish supplier performance and governance frameworks. • Collaborate with finance, operations, and executive leadership. Ideal Candidate: • 10+ years of procurement and supply chain experience. • Previous Head of Procurement, Procurement Director, or senior leadership experience. • Strong strategic sourcing and contract management experience. • Experience with large-scale projects or complex organizations. • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
