Job Description : Chief Operating Officer | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia This role will NOT stay open for long. We’re currently partnering with a leading giga-project and infrastructure organization looking to hire an experienced Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence, programme delivery, commercial performance and scalable growth. Strategic Importance As Saudi Arabia moves deeper into the execution phase of major development and diversification programmes, organizations require executives who can convert ambitious strategies into disciplined operational delivery. (JOH Partners) What You’ll Be Doing: • Lead enterprise-wide operations, delivery functions and performance management • Drive operational efficiency, profitability, productivity and execution against strategic KPIs • Collaborate with the CEO, Board, project leadership, government entities and strategic partners • Deliver scalable operating systems, stronger governance and measurable performance improvements What We’re Looking For: • 15+ years of senior operational leadership experience • Strong expertise in large-scale operations, transformation and P&L management • Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure, development or multi-site programmes • Excellent leadership, commercial judgement and stakeholder-management capability • Saudi/GCC experience strongly preferred Key Success Measures: • Operational efficiency • Programme delivery • Cost optimization • Revenue and margin performance • Leadership-team effectiveness Compensation: • SAR 130,000–170,000 per month, plus performance incentive and executive benefits What’s on Offer: • High-impact executive position • Direct involvement in major Saudi development programmes • Board and shareholder exposure • Strong career progression potential • Executive benefits and relocation support where applicable Location & Working Model: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Executive office-based
