Job Description : Production Head (Plastic Injection Moulding) NIGERIA Position Details * Position: Production Head – Plastic Injection Moulding * Location: Varale, Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra, India * Industry: Plastic Injection Moulding * Gender: Male * Experience: 15+ Years * Salary: As per Industry Standards Key Requirements * Minimum 15+ years of hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Moulding. * Strong expertise in injection moulding processes, tooling, polymer materials, and troubleshooting. * Experience in Automotive and Electrical component manufacturing. * Sound knowledge of IATF 16949, Quality Management Systems, and Continuous Improvement. * Proven ability to improve productivity, product quality, and manufacturing cost. * Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities * Lead and optimize injection moulding operations for maximum productivity and efficiency. * Drive process improvements to enhance quality and reduce manufacturing costs. * Resolve complex moulding and tooling issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA). * Support New Product Development (NPD) and Process Validation. * Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements. * Mentor and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.
