Job Description : r. VP – Formulations Operations – OSD & Injectables COPENHAGEN, DENMARK Open to International candidates Qualification: M.Pharm with MBA Experience: 20–25 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Formulations Manufacturing Candidates should have strong and proven experience in both OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) and Injectables manufacturing. Experience should be from reputed Pharma manufacturing companies only. Strong leadership experience in managing large-scale manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for OSD and Injectables manufacturing operations. Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business and organizational objectives. Lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Drive operational excellence, capacity utilization, productivity improvement, and cost optimization. Ensure strict compliance with GMP, regulatory, EHS, and quality requirements. Oversee manufacturing planning, production performance, and operational KPIs. Lead initiatives for process improvement, automation, technology adoption, and operational excellence. Collaborate closely with Quality, R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and other functions. Drive successful new product introductions, technology transfers, capacity expansions, and manufacturing projects. Build organizational capability through effective leadership, mentoring, and talent development. Provide regular operational and strategic updates to the senior management.
