Job Description : GM – Quality Control DEMARK Open to International candidates Industry: Pharmaceutical / Vaccines Candidate Profile Qualification: M.Pharm / M.V.Sc Experience: 20+ years of relevant experience in Quality Control Candidates should have strong experience in Animal Health Products Experience should be from reputed pharmaceutical/vaccine manufacturing companies only. Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, regulatory requirements, quality systems, and laboratory operations. Proven experience in leading Quality Control teams and managing large-scale QC operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall Quality Control function for vaccine and animal health product manufacturing. Develop and implement QC strategies aligned with business, quality, and regulatory requirements. Oversee raw material, in-process, finished product, microbiological, and stability testing. Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, regulatory standards, and internal quality systems. Establish and monitor QC procedures, specifications, analytical methods, and laboratory controls. Review and approve analytical results, deviations, OOS/OOT investigations, and CAPA. Ensure laboratory readiness for regulatory inspections and customer audits. Drive continuous improvement in laboratory efficiency, testing quality, turnaround time, and compliance. Work closely with QA, Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams. Manage laboratory resources, equipment qualification/calibration, and testing capacity. Lead, mentor, and develop the QC team to build a strong quality culture. Provide strategic quality inputs and regular performance reports to senior management.
