Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD – rPET (PET RECYCLING & MANUFACTURING COMPANY) Location: Accra, Ghana Industry: PET Recycling & Manufacturing Salary: USD 96,000 – USD 120,000 annually (negotiable) Reports to: Manufacturing CEO Employment Type: Full-time | Expatriates Preferred ROLE OVERVIEW A leading PET recycling and manufacturing company is seeking an accomplished Business Head – rPET to provide strategic, operational and commercial leadership for its operations in Accra, Ghana. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide overall leadership for the rPET manufacturing operation, driving production, quality, efficiency and operational excellence. * Take full ownership of P&L, budgets, cost control, profitability and overall business performance. * Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales, customer acquisition and market expansion across domestic and international markets. * Lead and develop a high-performing team while building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, regulators and other key stakeholders. * Ensure strong HSE, environmental and regulatory compliance while driving sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. * Minimum 10 years’ senior leadership experience in manufacturing, production or commercial operations. * Strong experience in PET recycling, rPET, plastics manufacturing or a closely related recycling/manufacturing environment. * Proven track record of P&L ownership, operational leadership, profitability improvement and business growth. * Strong leadership, strategic, financial and stakeholder management skills, with exposure to international or export markets highly advantageous.
