Job Description : Head of Facilities | Confidential Multi-Site Organization UAE We're supporting a confidential multi-site organization in the search for a Head of Facilities, a leadership role reporting directly to the President and part of the Management Committee (ManCom). The role will oversee facilities, engineering, construction, and infrastructure operations across multiple locations nationwide. We're looking for leaders with experience in: • Leading multi-site facilities and engineering operations • Managing construction, fit-outs, renovations, and capital projects • Driving facilities strategy and operational excellence • Building strong government relationships for permits and regulatory compliance • Managing contractors, vendors, and geographically dispersed teams • Licensed Engineer • 20+ years of relevant experience • Strong technical expertise and executive presence
