We’re currently partnering with a leading technology and digital infrastructure organization looking to hire an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead enterprise technology strategy, cloud modernization, AI adoption and digital innovation. The UAE continues to experience strong growth in AI-related hiring, with AI skills increasingly embedded across technology, financial services, energy, manufacturing and other sectors. (PwC) Strategic Importance The CTO will own the technology roadmap and ensure technology investment directly supports growth, customer experience, operational efficiency and competitive advantage. What You’ll Be Doing: • Lead enterprise technology, architecture, cloud, engineering and digital platforms • Drive AI adoption, technology modernization and digital-product development • Collaborate with the CEO, CIO, CDO, product, cybersecurity and business leadership • Deliver scalable, secure and commercially valuable technology platforms What We’re Looking For: • 15+ years of technology leadership experience • Strong expertise in cloud, enterprise architecture, AI, data platforms and digital transformation • Proven track record leading large-scale technology transformation • Excellent strategic leadership and communication skills • Experience within GCC or high-growth international markets preferred Technology Priorities: • AI and automation • Cloud modernization • Data platforms • Enterprise architecture • Digital products • Technology governance Compensation: • AED 120,000–140,000 per month, plus performance incentive and executive benefits What’s on Offer: • High-impact technology leadership position • Access to major transformation programmes • Executive-level decision-making authority • Work with a leading technology-focused organization • Competitive benefits and professional development Location & Working Model: Abu Dhabi, UAE | Hybrid/Executive office-based
