Job Description : Product Development & Operations Lead – FMCG ???? Location: East Africa Tanzania ???? Industry: FMCG / Food Manufacturing We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong experience in Potato Chips & Wafers. Key Requirements: • End-to-end experience in Potato Chips / Wafer manufacturing • Experience in plant setup & machine procurement • Plant commissioning, production & operations management • New Product Development – Chips, Wafers & Snacks • End-to-end product development, trials & commercialization • Packaging development and process management • Strong exposure to quality, yield, wastage & operational efficiency ???? Candidates with proven experience in setting up and running a Potato Chips/Wafer manufacturing plant will be preferred.
