Job Description : HR HEAD DUBAI A prominent Project Management & Engineering Contracting company in the GCC is hiring a Head of HR based in Dubai, UAE. The role offers a budget of AED 45K – 50K (including family status and bonus) to lead HR across 8 business entities and manage a team of 20–25 people. Role Overview Location: Dubai, UAE Budget: AED 45,000 – 50,000 per month + family status + bonus Scope: Multi-entity management (8 companies across the GCC) Team Size: Leading 20 – 25 HR and admin staff Core Focus: Business expansion, organizational transformation, talent management, HR compliance, talent mobilization, and acting as strategic advisor to senior leadership Candidate Requirements Experience: 15–20 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity (e.g., HR Director, GM HR, or Head of HR) Industry Background: Contracting, MEP, HVAC, Water Treatment, Solar Power, or heavy engineering sectors preferred Qualifications: CIPD certification or a Management Degree in Human Resources
