Job Description : Food Technologist ????Location: Zimbabwe Industry: FMCG / Food Manufacturing ???? Key Responsibilities: ? New Product Development (NPD) ? Product formulation & process optimization ? Quality Assurance & Food Safety compliance ? Shelf-life studies & sensory evaluation ? Production support and continuous improvement ? Compliance with HACCP, GMP & ISO 22000 standards ???? Candidate Profile: ?? Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field ?? 10 years of experience in FMCG food manufacturing ?? Experience in sauces, ketchup, mayonnaise, margarine, edible oils, spreads, or processed food products ?? Strong knowledge of food safety, product development, and manufacturing processes ?? Experience working in African markets will be an added advantage
