Job Description : | Head – Research & Development (R&D) Position: Head – R&D Industry: Specialty Chemicals | Resins | Coatings | Composites Location: Kheda, Gujarat, India CTC- 70 to 80 LPA Experience- 20+ years only hashtag#KeyResponsibilities ? Lead the R&D function, driving innovation and new product development. ? Develop advanced formulations for polyester resins, acrylic polyols, specialty acrylates, polyester polyols, polyurethane (PU), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), polyurethane dispersions (PUD), modified silicones, and specialty adhesives. ? Manage R&D, Quality Control, Technical Services, and Regulatory Affairs. Lead a team of 25+ scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. ? Oversee product commercialization, process scale-up, and technology transfer from lab to production. ? Drive intellectual property (IP) initiatives, including patent strategy and portfolio management. ? Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to develop market-focused solutions and expand the product portfolio. What We're Looking For hashtag#Qualification- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field. hashtag#Experience- 20+ years of R&D experience in specialty chemicals, polymers, resins, or coatings. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing technical teams. Strong expertise in resin synthesis, polymer processing, formulation development, and process scale-up. Experience in coatings, composites, adhesives, and specialty polymers is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
