Job Description : HEAD OF FINANCE / STRATEGIC FINANCE LEAD ???? Location: Bangalore | Work from Office ???? Qualification: CA / FCA and/or MBA Finance We are looking for a CA-led finance leader from a high-growth Tech, SaaS, E-commerce, or VC/PE-backed business who has hands-on experience across Strategic Finance, Fundraising, Investor & Board Reporting, Financial Modelling, Valuation, International Finance and M&A. This is a high-impact CFO-track role, working closely with the Founder & CEO to drive financial strategy, fundraising, global expansion, capital allocation, governance, treasury, taxation and M&A. ???? Ideal profile: A commercially driven finance leader who can go beyond accounting and compliance - someone who can partner with the Founder, influence business decisions, manage investors, and shape the company's financial growth strategy. ???? Key Responsibilities • Lead financial strategy, capital planning and allocation • Partner with the Founder/CEO on Series A/B fundraising and investor relations • Own financial modelling, valuation, unit economics and Board reporting • Lead global finance operations across US, UAE, APAC & Europe • Drive statutory audits, Ind AS/IFRS compliance and financial controls • Oversee cross-border taxation, transfer pricing and multi-entity structures • Lead financial due diligence and M&A initiatives • Drive AOP, profitability, working capital and cash-flow optimisation • Build and lead a high-performing finance team ???? What We're Looking For ? Progressive finance leadership experience ? Strong background in high-growth tech, SaaS, e-commerce or venture-backed companies ? CA/FCA preferred; MBA Finance from a premier institution is an advantage ? Proven exposure to fundraising, investor/Board management and international finance ? Strong understanding of cross-border taxation and multi-currency treasury ? Big 4 experience preferred ? Excellent strategic thinking and executive communication skills ????
