Job Description : Director of Transportation & Fleet | Dubai, United Arab Emirates A leading logistics and distribution organization is seeking a Director of Transportation & Fleet to lead regional transportation strategy, fleet performance, route optimization, and last-mile operations across the UAE and GCC. Key Responsibilities • Develop regional transportation and fleet strategies. • Oversee fleet utilization, maintenance, and operational performance. • Optimize routes, delivery costs, and vehicle productivity. • Lead transportation technology and tracking initiatives. • Manage third-party logistics and transportation partners. • Develop and mentor regional fleet and transportation teams. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Engineering. • 15+ years of transportation or fleet management experience. • Strong expertise in large-scale fleet and distribution operations. • Experience with TMS, telematics, and logistics optimization. • GCC experience is highly preferred.
