Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD OMAN A leading pharmaceutical company in Oman is hiring a Head of Operations to lead end-to-end plant performance across manufacturing, supply chain, maintenance, and quality. This role covers: • Manufacturing and operational excellence • Supply chain, procurement, and production continuity • Quality, WHO-GMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance • Opex, Capex, cost optimisation, and plant performance • Building and leading strong operational teams We’re looking for: • 12–15+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing • 5+ years in senior operations leadership • Strong API or pellet manufacturing experience • Deep exposure to GMP and international regulatory standards • Proven leadership across manufacturing, supply chain, maintenance, and quality
