FINANCE DIRECTOR

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR QATAR Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Analyse financial data to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth. Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders and senior management. Monitor cash flow and implement effective risk management practices. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Director should have: A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent. Extensive experience in financial management within the property industry. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Proven ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Leadership skills to manage and develop a finance team effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Arabic speaking would also be advantageous.
