FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER UAE a growing industrial and manufacturing organisation with operations focused on production, supply chain excellence, and continuous business improvement. Job Description Financial Accounting & Reporting * Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process. * Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS requirements. * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial records. * Produce monthly management accounts and executive reporting packs. * Ensure compliance with accounting policies and reporting standards.Manufacturing Finance & Cost Accounting * Oversee all manufacturing finance and accounting activities across production operations. * Manage accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, production overheads, and manufacturing variances. * Lead inventory accounting, valuation reviews, reconciliations, and month-end manufacturing close activities. * Partner closely with the Cost Controller to ensure accurate costing, inventory valuation, and financial reporting. * Support product profitability analysis and production cost reporting. * Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to strengthen financial controls and improve inventory accuracy.Financial Planning & Analysis * Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. * Develop financial models and business forecasts. * Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts. * Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators. * Deliver meaningful financial insights and recommendations to leadership.Treasury & Working Capital * Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning. * Monitor working capital performance, including receivables, payables, and inventory. * Support banking relationships, treasury activities, and funding requirements.Controls, Compliance & Audit * Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and finance policies. * Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation measures. * Coordinate external audits and statutory reporting requirements. * Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and other regulatory obligations. * Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.ERP & Process Improvement * Support ERP enhancements and finance transformation initiatives. * Improve reporting capabilities, automation, and financial data integrity. * Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes.Business Partnering * Act as a strategic finance partner to operational and commercial stakeholders. * Support pricing, profitability, investment, and operational decision-making through financial analysis. * Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and business cases. * Provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
