Job Description : Head of Finance – Group | Senior Finance Leadership | West Africa We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance – Group to lead the finance function of a diversified business group and partner closely with Group Directors on financial strategy, governance, business growth, and investment decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Group financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting & forecasting • Multi-entity financial reporting and consolidation • Financial controls, risk management & audit • Treasury, cash flow & working capital management • Investment appraisal, feasibility studies & business cases • Tax, statutory and regulatory compliance • Finance team leadership and capability development • Strategic business partnering with Directors and senior management Ideal Profile: ? CA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA / ICAG or equivalent ? 10+ years of finance experience, including 4+ years in senior finance leadership ? Strong multi-entity / Group Finance experience ? Experience in FMCG, Distribution, Retail, Trading, Hospitality or Manufacturing preferred ? Strong financial modelling, commercial acumen and leadership skills ? Proficiency in Sage and Advanced Excel; ERP experience preferred
