Job Description : Chief Financial Officer – F&B Brand – Southeast Asia Join a high-growth, popular international Food & Beverage brand as their next CFO. The CFO is responsible for driving financial performance, strengthening governance and controls, supporting regional expansion, and building the operational and financial infrastructure required to scale the business seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: ??Lead the development and execution of the company's financial and business strategy. ??Provide commercial and strategic leadership to support growth, profitability, and market expansion across Southeast Asia. ??Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, and cash flow management. ??Establish and enhance financial systems, processes, controls, and governance frameworks to support a multi-country operation. ??Lead corporate finance activities, including investment evaluation, funding strategies, and capital allocation. ?? Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, statutory, and reporting requirements across multiple Southeast Asian jurisdictions. Must-haves: ?CPA or CA qualification is essential. ?Prior Senior Group/Corporate Finance experience within a fast-paced, multi-unit business environment, ideally in F&B, QSR or retail sector. ?Strong knowledge of Southeast Asian markets, including regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. ?Proven track record in financial strategy development, capitalization, financial modelling, operational scaling and risk management. ?Experience in implementing systems, processes, and operating frameworks in a multi-unit enterprise.
