FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER KNYA/TANZANIA -Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities, -Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements in Kenya and Tanzania, -Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, -Monitor working capital, cash flow, and inventory performance, -Partner with commercial and operational teams to support business growth and profitability, -Develop and implement financial controls and risk management procedures, -Coordinate external audits and maintain strong relationships with banks and regulatory authorities, -Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior management, -Lead, mentor, and develop local finance teams.
