FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER NIGERIA/GHANA -Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and sustainable growth, -Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, -Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, -Manage cash flow, foreign exchange exposure, and working capital optimization, -Deliver insightful business analysis and performance monitoring, -Support pricing, investment, and expansion decisions through financial modelling, -Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures, -Lead audit processes and coordinate with external advisors, -Supervise and develop finance teams across both countries, -Contribute actively to the regional management team. The Successful Applicant -University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field, -Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus, -Minimum 10 years' experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent role, -Strong exposure to multinational environments and multiple African markets, -Experience within distribution, FMCG, retail, or trading sectors, -Strong understanding of business partnering and performance management, -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, -Fluent English required.
