FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER ANGOLA/MOZAMBIQUE -Manage the overall finance function for Angola and Mozambique, -Deliver accurate financial reporting in accordance with corporate and local requirements, -Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities, -Ensure robust treasury management and cash flow optimization, -Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement, -Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory obligations, -Support commercial decision-making through detailed financial analysis, -Strengthen internal controls and governance processes, -Manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders, -Build and develop high-performing finance teams. The Successful Applicant -Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline, -Minimum 10 years of progressive finance management experience, -Background in distribution, wholesale, trading, consumer goods, or supply chain businesses, -Proven experience in at least two African countries, -Knowledge of Lusophone African markets is highly desirable, -Strong leadership and change management capabilities, -Fluent English required; Portuguese is a significant advantage, -Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.
