Sydney based with national travel ???? $160,000 + Super An exciting opportunity to join an established Australian fashion brand as Head of Retail, leading a national retail network and driving commercial performance, operational excellence and leadership capability About you: • Significant multi-site retail leadership experience • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record driving sales and profitability • Experience leading Regional, Area or senior retail teams • Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing leaders • Strong stakeholder management and Head Office partnership skills • Fashion, premium or specialty retail experience highly regarded • Comfortable with regular national travel Key responsibilities: • Lead performance across the national retail network • Coach and develop retail leaders and store teams • Drive sales, productivity and operational improvements • Maintain exceptional customer, compliance and store standards • Partner with Head Office and senior leadership to deliver business outcomes • Support strategic retail initiatives, network growth and continuous improvement
