Job Description : Vice President – Capital Projects | Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates A major infrastructure and investment organization is seeking a Vice President – Capital Projects to lead a portfolio of high-value capital programs across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project governance. The role will ensure projects achieve strategic, financial, and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities • Lead the organization's capital projects delivery strategy. • Oversee major EPC and infrastructure programs. • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, risks, and project performance. • Establish project governance and executive reporting frameworks. • Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and delivery excellence. • Lead and mentor senior project and program management teams. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 20+ years of major capital project leadership experience. • Proven experience managing large-scale EPC or infrastructure portfolios. • Strong commercial, contractual, and project controls expertise. • GCC experience is highly preferred.
